CorelDraw is one of graphic design software is very famous. Various facilities available here to design making it easier for its users to use it. CorelDraw can be used for various purposes, ranging from creating brochures, creating pamphlets, invitation letters, magazines, brochures and attractive book cover.

1. Saving Design Files
Click the menu File à Save à write on the file name filename à press Save.

   
1. Closing Files
Click the File menu à click Close.

1. Set the Size / Paper Type
Click the File menu à New à box click Paper Type / Size on the property bar select the type of paper you want. Suppose the letter, legal, tabloid, etc..

   
1. Set the unit of
Click the Drawing Units in the property bar to select a unit you want. For example: inches, millimeters, etc..

   
1. View and manage Grid
Click the View menu à à Grid grid lines are displayed.
If you want to change the grid lines into points, click the View menu à à Grid and Ruler Setup dialog box appears, select Show grid as dots to transform the line into dots.

   
1. Adding pages in one file

1. Using the Smart Drawing Tool
Click the Smart Drawing Tool in the Toolbox on the Property Bar à on Shape Recognition Level, select Medium and the Smart Smooting Level, select Highest. à on the canvas, click on point 1, point 2, point 4 à point3 and will automatically form a symmetrical object.
