The following are the steps to make the contact form:

2. Navigate your views to the right of the monitor.

Retype Password: »fill with the keyword that was in the fill. Eg: juralitjungkel.
Your Email: »fill in your email address. Eg: jakatingkir25@yahoo.com.
5. Click Sign up.
6. After it says thank you, please check the email that had been input by you to check e-mail verification.
7. Open the email sent from EmailMeForm titled Your new account information.
8. click on the link provided in that message or if not, copy and paste the URL in the address bar of your internet browser to verify that the email was in the input is truly yours.
9. After the verification process, please click click here to go to your control panel account.
10. Divert your attention to the right monitor. Click Create new form.
11. There are several forms that need to be on the side:
Web form Name: »fill with the name you want, or leave it (it is already Contact Webmaster).

12. Click the next on the right.
13. There are some fields that you can replace name as you wish, eg: Your Name be the Name, Your Email address Email Address so, and so on. Or leave it like that.
14. Click the next on the right.
15. Click the next button again.
16. Please fill with your desire (hehehe ... if nerangin this cape) or leave it like that.
17. Click the next button again.
18. Click the next button again.
19. Will show the sample contact form that you have made.
20. Click the Finish button.
21. Click on Get the HTML codes.
22. Copy the code in the text area, under the heading Copy and paste this HTML code into your page. Then paste it into notepad or other text editor.
23. Done.
To create a contact page, you only make a post as usual. To enter the code that was in the can from EmailMeForm, your first move of the compose menu to Edit HTML and paste it in there
