The Illinois (1956)
The Illinois was going to be a 1609-meter-high skyscraper is envisioned by Frank Lloyd Wright. Wright believes that this building might be made, at that time. The design consists of 528 levels, with an area of 18.46 square feet of gross area. The problem that arises is the space needed to establish the lack of skyscrapers, and a limited lift (elevator) required. That is what ultimately derail the project.
